Chairman Message

On behalf of the GulfCap Group, I thank you for visiting our new website. It has been re-designed to provide an overview of our services, business activities and priorities, reflecting the pride we, as the GCG-Family, have in fulfilling our commitment to serve our esteemed clients with the “best facilitation” possible.

I started my professional journey with the launch / commencement of management consultancy and business advisory services, back in 1989-90. Since then, the journey has continued through Grant Thornton, Ernst & Young, legacy GulfCap and several other platforms, serving a wide range of clients for their investment banking / corporate finance and private equity transactions. Excellence is never an accident. It is the result of high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution; it represents the wisest possible choice among many alternatives. With vast experience as team members (across our principals and member / associate firms), we promise to bring excellence for our clients.

The world has witnessed, and still witnessing the worse financial and economic effects of COVID-19. The shock has been severe and widespread across firms, with persistent negative impact on smaller firms facing greater financial constraints. We suggest that in order to come back stronger, companies should reimagine their business model as they return to full speed. The moment should not be lost. Those who step up their game will be better off and far more ready to confront the challenges and exploit opportunities. I emphasize three strategic areas to focus on: rebuilding operations, rethinking the organization, and accelerating the adoption of digital solutions.

We have always promoted the corporate culture which is characterised by its ability to adapt quickly to our clients’ “needs”, whilst “Creating Value and Pursuing for Excellence” to enable them to achieve their objectives. We also pride ourselves with a culture and tradition of high integrity and ingenuity, which has driven continuous improvement, and the relentless drive for innovation in the way we operate. Historically, our services have been well recognised, well received and widely used by our esteemed clients, across Europe, the Gulf Region, Indian Sub-Continent, Afghanistan, East & North Africa, and following the same ‘mantra’, we are committed to endeavour the same within our scope, going forward.
